Interested in what you need to run your business? Here’s a list of the exact tools I use and recommend.
Pinterest checklists & guides for your biz
Tools and services I use
RIFLE PAPER CO
When it comes to getting things done daily in my business and personal life, I’m a paper planner kind of girl. Rifle Paper Co planners with covered spiral binding are my favorite!
Who doesn’t love notebooks? Anyone? I use Kikki K ones for all sorts of different purposes, but especially for scribbling down my neverending supply of ideas.
Want to enhance your brand experience with custom stationery? I use Moo to order my business cards, stickers and client materials.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
I rely on Asana to organize pretty much every detail of my business from content calendars, to-do lists and goals to client work. It’s an absoute must-have for me! Best part – it’s totally free to use!
CLIENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
I use Dubsado to handle the client management side of my business: workflows, contracts, invoices, bookkeeping. Use code junglesoulcollective to get 20% off your subscription.
INBOX AND FILE STORAGE
Between using a work desktop, a laptop and a tablet, G Suite helps me manage all of Jungle Soul Collective’s email and provides the storage I need to organize my files in the cloud.
I use Tailwind, the holy grail of Pinterest marketing, to schedule pins and drive traffic to my own websites and client websites. Equipped with scheduling, looping, tribes, analytics. Save $15 on your subscription!
Tasty Pins is a plugin that specializes in optimizing for Pinterest. Features include disabling certain images for pinning, hiding multiple alternative images to your post and more.
EDITING & DESIGN
ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE
When it comes to visuals, graphics and video editing, I rely on Adobe’s photography plan (Photoshop & Lightroom) and Premiere Pro subscription. It’s one of those subscriptions that literally pays off within a week.
Pinterest aside, email marketing is my jam! It’s my second favorite way to market JSC and be in touch with my audience. I use MailerLite for all my email marketing needs (also, special kudos to their support team).
NEW SKILLS ON THE GO
Skillshare is my go to place for learning new skills in a quick and digestable way. Design, photography or crafting a plant hanger (yup, I did that)… It’s there. They also have an impressive amount of business classes.
