Get your biz in order
I rely on Asana to organize pretty much every detail of my business from content calendar to client workflow templates. It’s an absoute must-have for me!
GROW YOUR EMAIL LIST
The holy grail of Pinterest marketing equipped with scheduling, looping, tribes, analytics and more.
Plugin that specializes in optimizing for Pinterest – my preference. Features include disabling certain images for pinning, hiding multiple alternative images to your post and more.
Smartloop is part of Tailwind but deserves a separate mention. For those looking to reshare their best content automatically at optimal times, this is your solution!
Later makes planning and auto-publishing posts so easy. I especially love the preview function and hashtag collections.
Did you know Facebook has a built-in scheduler? It’s actually pretty good and my posts are now doing better than before.
CREATE BANGING PINTEREST GRAPHICS
ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE
With Adobe’s subscription model you can access your favorite programs without breaking the bank. My choice is the photography plan including Lightroom and Photoshop (plus 20GB of space), and it’s one of the subscriptions I’ll happily pay for.
QUICK & BEAUTIFUL
Even though I’m a Photoshop fan, the beauty of Canva is that you don’t have to be creative or good at designing. You can whip up worksheets and social media graphics in minutes! Plus, the bulk of Canva’s functions are completely free to use.
Easil is a drag-and-drop visual design tool very similar to Canva. It’s intuitive, has more advanced templates and layer editing. It’s more similar to Photoshop than any other DIY design tool. I also like that they offer a huge selection of stock images even in the free plan.
PROTECT YOUR BIZ
I use it to store and keep my personal passwords safe and collect passwords from clients. You only need to remember one password – the master password as they call it – to access the vault where passwords are saved.
Protecting your website is about preventing and monitoring – that’s why installing a security plugin is so important. Wordfence is one of the two big security plugins and my personal favorite.
I love UpdraftPlus because you can set up automatic backups or do it manually, save them to your computer or to the cloud and restore right in the plugin (here’s to hoping you don’t have to).
