Supporting other women in their endeavors is close to my heart, which is why I focus on working with women-owned and women-ran online service-based businesses and solopreneurs. I work with those who want to share their business online in a more gentle, calm, and sustainable way—without the pressure of being outward-facing or using social media extensively (or at all).
My services are well-suited for sensitive or introverted women who feel that mainstream marketing is loud, exhausting, overwhelming, and manipulative - and not for them.
As a sensitive introvert myself, I wholeheartedly understand the struggle and can help you create a discoverable online presence that feels natural and good.
As a one-woman business, I prefer quality over quantity and aim for a healthy balanced schedule with ample white space. My time, attention, and client spots are limited, which is why I only work with one client at a time on short-term projects.
You can check current project availability on the service pages. I typically book up to two months in advance and keep an ongoing waiting list. I open up new spots once a month and prioritize my waiting list.
I prioritize my workload and always handle client matters first.
For clients, I aim to respond to emails and Voxer messages within 24 hours. For all other inquiries, I typically reply within 48 hours.
Please note, I do not check or reply to emails or messages outside of my office hours, on weekends, or during Estonian holidays (unless otherwise agreed upon).
I do not accept rush jobs, and I may not be instantly available at all times unless you've booked me for a consultation day.
I use email and Voxer for all text and audio communication.
Please note that I do not offer video and phone calls — if that's a necessity for you, we're not the right fit.
I also do not communicate with clients via social media: the chances of me replying to a DM are slim, as I prefer to keep communication channels streamlined to minimize the risk of anything being overlooked.
Additionally, I do not accept rush jobs, nor will I be instantly available to you at all times (unless you've booked me for a consultation day).
I reply to emails and complete most of my work between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. EET (Eastern European Time), Monday to Thursday.
Having worked with clients based in US and Canada for years, I've found that scheduling is usually not an issue due to the asynchronous nature of my services, overlap in waking hours, and Voxer communication.
Since I work with clients across many time zones, I have limited capacity for work outside these hours, particularly for clients with significant time zone differences, such as those in Australia and New Zealand. If this applies to you, please mention it in your application, and I’ll do my best to adjust my schedule.
You'll find a "Book now" or "Join waitlist" button on every service page that walks you through the process.
You may need to submit an application first.
A paid invoice, and signed contract are needed to secure your spot in my schedule.
The nature of my business model ensures that my holidays rarely with your project— 99,9% of the time there's no overlap.
Post-project Voxer support may occasionally overlap with my time off. In this case, your support will pause while I'm away and will resume on my next available working day. I always give you notice of these dates during booking so you can plan accordingly.
As a business of one, I value honest and open communication, especially when it comes to unexpected short-term illness. I always do my best to minimize any impact on my clients. On the rare occasion I'm unable to do so, we will reschedule your project together.
No worries, this is totally common!
We can discuss your situation and figure out how I can best support you. If it turns out I'm not the right fit, I'll point you in the right direction.
We can do this via email, or if you wish to chat in real-time, feel free to book a free Virtual Office Hour. These are held over Voxer, where we can exchange text and audio messages for an hour.

All projects are billed in EUR and require payment upfront.
For services over €500, a payment schedule is available upon request: 50% is due upfront, with the final 50% due one week before your scheduled project.
I invoice and collect payments electronically via Dubsado, my CRM software. The "Pay Now" button on your invoice will direct you to Stripe for card payments. Please note, no other payment methods are accepted.
