As a company of one, I prefer quality over quantity and aim for a healthy balanced schedule with some white space. My time, attention, and client spots are limited, and I work with only one client at a time on short-term projects (one or two days)

You can check current project availability on service pages. I generally book up to two months in advance and keep a running waiting list. I open up new spots once a month and prioritize my waiting list clients.

I prioritize my workload and always handle client matters first.

Generally, I aim to respond to all emails and Voxer messages from clients within 24 hours. 
Everything else will get a reply within 48 hours.
 

I do not check or reply to emails and other communication channels outside my office hours, on weekends, and on Estonian holidays (unless otherwise agreed).

Please be aware that I do not accept rush jobs, nor will I be instantly available to you at all times (unless you've booked me for a consultation day).

I reply to emails and complete most of my work between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. EET (Eastern European Time), Monday to Thursday. 

I have worked with US and Canada-based clients specifically for years, and there are usually no scheduling issues due to the nature of the service, overlap in waking hours, and Voxer communication arrangements. 

As I work with clients across many time zones, I have limited capacity for work outside these times available for clients with drastic time zone differences, e.g., Australians and New Zealanders. Please mention it in your application so I can adjust my schedule.

Projects are billed in EUR and upfront in full.

A payment schedule is available on request for services over 500 €: 50% upfront, with the final 50% due one week before your scheduled project. 

I invoice and collect payments electronically via Dubsado, my CRM software.
The Pay Now button on your invoice takes you to Stripe card payment. No other payment form is accepted.

A paid invoice and signed contract are needed to secure your spot in my schedule.

The nature of my business model will mean that my holidays do not interfere or overlap with your project 99,9% of the time. 

Post-project Voxer support may overlap with my time off. In this case, your support service pauses for the time I'm away and resumes on my next available working day. I always give you notice of those dates during booking.

As a business of one, I practice honest and open communication, especially when it comes to my unexpected short term sickness. I always do my best to accommodate sickness with clients feeling little to no impact. On the rare occasion I'm unable to do so, we will reschedule your project.
